Can we talk before I move, while I'm still abroad?
Yes — we recommend it. We'll meet online and get the order of tasks, documents and timeline ready in advance so you can move quickly after you arrive.

Can you help during a short scouting trip?

Which visas do you support?
Tourist visa extensions, work visas (9G), retirement visas (SRRV) and more. We listen to your situation and suggest the best option.
Do you guarantee the visa will be approved?
Approval is decided by Philippine government authorities, so we cannot guarantee it. What we do is organize the required documents, accompany you to filings, and handle the logistics to improve your chances.
Can you handle the formal legal procedures too?
Procedures that legally require a licensed professional are handled by partnered local lawyers and specialists. We act as your Japanese-speaking point of contact for consultation, interpreting and coordination.
Company Setup & Business
I'd like to set up a company in the Philippines.
We support you from choosing a company structure to registration and permits, working together with local accountants and lawyers.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the content and scale of your request. We start with a free consultation, lay out the required steps and a clear cost estimate, and begin only once you're comfortable.
Can I prepare while still in my home country?
You can move things forward before arriving where possible. We'll meet online and arrange things so the in-person steps go efficiently.

Can you help me find a place to live?
Yes. From advice on choosing an area to accompanying you on condo viewings and supporting lease negotiations.
What about a bank account or mobile line?
We support the whole "starter set" of life in Manila: opening a bank account, mobile and internet contracts, arranging transport, and more.
I don't speak English. Is that okay?
Completely fine. We provide on-site interpreting at government offices, banks, hospitals, real estate and more. We step in so the language barrier doesn't stop you.
