For matters that legally require a licensed professional (legal opinions, tax filings, etc.), we provide a point of contact, consultation, interpreting, and coordination, while the formal procedures are handled by partnered local lawyers, accountants, and other qualified professionals. Approval of visas and residency is determined by government authorities; we do not guarantee approval or issuance.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Please provide accurate information and documents required for procedures. If you use an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Manila JP Support shall not be liable for changes in local laws and regulations, administrative delays, the conduct of third parties, or other matters beyond our control, nor for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Final decisions remain your responsibility.
